Our scope of work for the events included generating innovative ideas, managing the entire event from pre-heat activities to the main matches, and coordinating with sponsors, boxers, and participants. We also handled media relations to maximize coverage, implemented crisis management strategies to address any unforeseen issues, and provided expert PR consultation to enhance the event's visibility and reputation.
